Scientific Method Stations
This station activity is designed to allow students to practice scientific skills, such as writing a hypothesis, analyzing and collecting data, and identifying variables. This activity is print and go! The only materials you will need to provide is a laptop and a meter stick.
Station activities included:
Station 1: Students will read scientific questions and create a testable hypothesis for each.
Station 2: Students will observe pictures and formulate observations and inferences.
Station 3: Students will identify variables.
Station 4: Students will measure reaction time to practice data collection.
Station 5: Students will identify controls in an experiment.
Station 6: Students will watch a video clip and practice CER.
Station 7: Students will create a line graph based on provided data.
Station 8: Students will analyze a graph and answer questions.
